The extension may use Chrome’s storage API to remember your preferences or code snippets. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not transmitted to any server
• Can be cleared anytime by removing or resetting the extension

2. Permissions Used

• activeTab: Used to inject code only into the current CodeTantra tab when you click “Paste.”
• host_permissions (https://*.codetantra.com/*): Allows the extension to access CodeTantra editor pages only.
• scripting: Enables the extension to run safe scripts that insert your code into the editor.
• storage: Used to store user preferences and code locally.

3. Data Sharing

CTPaste does not share, sell, or transmit any data to third parties or external servers.

4. Third-Party Services

The extension does not use analytics, cookies, or any external tracking tools.

5. Security

All operations occur within your browser. No external network requests are made beyond the CodeTantra domain.
